Additional delivery attempts are charged based on distance.
3. Package Clearance Process
For all packages there is a first in, first out process. The first package(s) invoice must be cleared before the others are released. All customs duty fees must be paid in full before packages are cleared and collected. Customs duty fees are allotted by customs if the value of a package exceeds $100 USD. As it relates to “free” items (for example SHEIN free items), customs will request an invoice and this must include the actual cost for the “free” items. If the complete value exceeds $100 USD, customs duties will be allotted.
6. Payment & Package Collection Timeline
For all packages, payments must be made on or prior to the delivery of your package. Package shipping and clearance usually takes approximately 24–72 hours (excluding weekends). If there is any delay, this will be relayed to customers. Packages that are unclaimed or not collected after 15 days will start to attract a $100 JMD per day storage fee. After 30 days, unclaimed packages will be sold to recoup business funds.
7. Invoice Requirements & Delivery Options
Invoices must be provided to facilitate the clearance process and can be uploaded directly via email or WhatsApp. Delivery and curb-side pick-up options are available. If a delivery fee is required based on location, this will be discussed prior to delivery. Items sent via sea freight incur a delivery cost. Based on the size of the item, the customer may be required to provide their own delivery. If needed, a delivery can be arranged at an additional cost, which will be the responsibility of the customer.
